Terms:  By registering and placing bids on our site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:  You must place a credit/debit card on file to register and bid on any of our auctions.  There is a 10% buyer’s premium charged to all online winning bids.  On-line payment by credit card or request PayPal link.  PICKUP TIMES WILL BE given for each auction.  Payment at pick-up may be with Credit Card or cash.  No personal checks accepted.  AT 7:30 p.m. CST Sunday evening (following close of the auction) ALL invoices not paid and picked up will be charged to the card on file, including a $10 late fee, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction clerk.  If items have not been picked up within 10 days of the auction close, they will be considered abandoned and become property of Stroh’s Real Estate and Auction LLC.  By placing bids on our site you authorize Stroh’s Real Estate and Auction LLC to charge your card for any winning bids.  Any decline cards will incur a $35 fee and may result in suspension of your account.  All items are final and sold “AS-IS-WHERE IS” with all faults and blemishes and NO warranty expressed or implied.  We do our best to describe things accurately, but you as the buyer are the final judge of ALL items in the auction and will hold harmless Stroh’s Real Estate and Auction LLC for any errors.  Arrangements for any items Buyer wishes to ship must be made by the buyer.

On-Line Bidding information & Tips
SOFT CLOSE: If there are 2 or more active bidders at time of closing, system automatically keeps adding additional 5 minutes for that particular item till down to 1 bidder
USE MAXIMUM BIDDING OPTION: You are the only one who sees your max. bid and you will not have to be watching every second nor worry cannot get bid submitted in time.
 The maximum bid is only realized when other bidders bid to push your bid so you still will get the bid for that item as cheap as you can.
