DESCRIPTION: Crops: Tract I has 121.33 acres of milo.  Tract 1 also has 53.44 & 44,61 of meadow. Buyer to receive 1/3 of milo and is responsible for landowners share of production costs.  Tract II has no fall crops

TAXES:  Tract I: $2,508.34- 2018 and all prior years paid by Seller.  2019 Taxes will be split 50/50 between buyer and Seller.  Tract II: $1,906.52- 2019 Taxes and all prior years will be paid by Seller.
